Koda IronView
From gym client to gym platform. Koda was a freelance web client of mine back in 2015; a decade later their whole operation — payments, competitions, memberships, guest passes — runs on software I built end to end.
This Site
The portfolio is the product. This site runs on a flat-file PHP CMS I hand-built — a drag-and-drop block editor, sixteen block types from one schema, no database, no frameworks — in partnership with Claude Code. A working demo of my AI-assisted workflow.
We Have Food at Home
Consumer AI with a punchline: point your camera at the fridge, get dinner. AI vision turns a photo of your groceries into an inventory, plans a week of high-protein meals, and pushes the shopping list into a King Soopers cart.
Tally
The boring SaaS plumbing clients actually pay for. A self-hosted invoicing app I built to replace Hiveage — hosted pay pages, Stripe card and ACH, deliverable email, and backups that don't lose your invoice numbers.
Bush League Baseball
Design-system thinking, ported to game dev. A Unity 6 baseball roguelite in development — built with a token-driven brand bible governing the UI, thirteen modular C# projects, TDD-mandated logic, and a fine-tuned model for character art.
Dynasty Draft War Room
The smallest thing on this site and the fastest shipped: a live Sleeper draft board in one self-contained HTML file, built in a Claude session before draft night.
