Engineering rigor with real money on the line: an autonomous multi-agent trading system for micro futures. Claude powers the research judgments; a validation gauntlet keeps them honest; Interactive Brokers routes the live orders.

From gym client to gym platform. Koda was a freelance web client of mine back in 2015; a decade later their whole operation — payments, competitions, memberships, guest passes — runs on software I built end to end.
Tally
Self-hosted invoicing for solo freelancers. Stripe cards and ACH, hosted pay pages, PDF invoices, encrypted backups. The boring plumbing clients actually pay for.
Bush League Baseball
A Unity 6 baseball roguelite. Thirteen modular C# projects, a token-driven brand bible governing the UI, and AI-generated character art. Design-system thinking, ported to game dev.
Dynasty Draft War Room
A live draft board for Sleeper dynasty leagues — polls picks every eight seconds, keeps a best-player-available board 327 players deep, and ships as one self-contained 220KB HTML file. Built in a Claude session before draft night.
